Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sandy. What you may not know is that I have walked a mile in so many of your shoes. Born in Colorado, I’ve been a waitress for 23 years, put myself through college and obtained my bachelor’s degree in public accounting. I am currently going on 8 years as a licensed Mortgage Originator. I have personally purchased six homes 3 before I graduated college all while being single parent. I owned a home through 08/09. I almost lost that home and had to rebuild my credit.
I have the understanding, passion and personal experience to find the best solution for your unique situation. I am also a person you can trust to give it to you straight because I know what is at stake when your buying a home.
